In addition to digital singles such as "Tokyo Flash" and "Fukakoryoku" the album includes 11 songs in total, including "Bye by me," the opening theme for the drama "Throw It Away, Adachi-san," which began airing on April 18, 2020, and "Tomoshibi" the theme song for the FOD drama "Tokyo Love Story," as well as new songs recorded for the album.
