This is an announcement for customers attending Vaundy ASIA ARENA TOUR 2026 "HORO" performances on September 5th (Sat) and 6th (Sun) at Makuhari Messe International Exhibition Hall 9 & 11.
To ensure you can enjoy the live performance to the fullest, please read the following carefully before coming to the venue.

[Regarding precautions and prohibited actions]
This performance will be standing room only.
Please check the following important notes.

*The front of the stage may experience strong pressure.
*We recommend that you bring as little luggage as possible when you come.
*Please avoid wearing heels or sandals, and instead wear comfortable shoes such as sneakers.
*Please note that you will be standing for an extended period, so please take your physical condition into consideration before enjoying the show.
*Please refrain from attending if you are heavily intoxicated.
*A first-aid station has been set up near the merchandise area and Halls 9 and 11.
*If you feel unwell or experience any problems, please speak to a nearby live staff member.
*There are no block divisions or similar arrangements within the live area.
*Please refrain from placing your belongings on the floor within the live area.
*Please note that you may appear in the video footage as it will be being recorded on the day of the event.
*Please refrain from any disruptive behavior towards other facilities or nearby residents, such as sitting down in the vicinity of the venue.
*Please follow the instructions of the live staff.
*Children under 5 years old are not permitted to enter.
*Re-entry is not permitted.

The following items are prohibited from being brought into the live area.

* Hazardous materials (bladed objects, sharp-pointed objects, etc.)
*Large luggage (carry-on bags, etc.)

*Bottles and cans
*Items that may obstruct the view of other customers
*Items that may cause inconvenience to other customers

The following actions are prohibited.

*Dangerous activities such as moshing, diving, and circle pits
* Actions that cause trouble to other customers
*Reserving a spot
*Photography, audio recording, and video recording are prohibited within the live performance area during the show.
*The use of light-emitting objects that interfere with the performance is prohibited.

The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held liable for any injuries sustained due to dangerous behavior or other negligence on the part of the attendee. Furthermore, failure to follow instructions from live event staff will result in expulsion from the venue.


[Regarding admission information]
This performance is standing-room only.
At hole 11, we will call out players in alphabetical order and by their assigned number.
(The alphabet and reference number are displayed on the electronic ticket.)

*An electronic ticket is required for entry.
*Please gather at the designated waiting area corresponding to your letter of the alphabet.
*Please check the venue map for the designated waiting areas for each alphabetical category.
*The venue map will also be updated as the numbered tickets are called out.
*Please ensure that tickets are distributed in advance before entering the venue.
*Customers using wheelchairs should speak to a live staff member near the 9th Hall Esplanade (2nd floor concourse).


[Regarding the cloakroom]
Since there is no space to store luggage in the live area, a cloakroom will be available in Hall 11.

Registration is scheduled to begin at 12:00 PM on Saturday, September 5th and Sunday, September 6th.
Reception location: Cloakroom reception inside Hall 11
Price: ¥1,000 (tax included) / 1 bag
We will provide you with a cloakroom bag (45L).
*Valid only on the day of the performance.
*We cannot accept items that are deemed to be valuables or dangerous goods.
*We will store your carry-on bag without placing it in a bag for ¥1,000 (tax included).
*Please note that you cannot access your belongings once they have been checked in at the cloakroom. A separate fee will be charged for re-checking your belongings.
*Please note that cloakroom space is limited, and we will stop accepting luggage once the maximum number of items has been reached.
*Please also make use of the coin lockers located around the station and venue.
*Please note that the collection of your checked luggage will end approximately one hour after the performance concludes.
* Any luggage that is not claimed will be disposed of by the organizers.


[Regarding heatstroke prevention]
The merchandise area, VAWS MEMBERS booth, CD sales booth, and Super Dry booth are located outdoors.
To ensure you can enjoy the live performance to the fullest, please don't overexert yourself, take frequent breaks and stay hydrated, and bring drinks, towels, hats, salt candies, portable fans, etc., to help you cope with the heat.
The 11 holes will be open from 10:00 each day, so please feel free to use them.
If you are feeling unwell in any way, or if you see someone around you who is feeling unwell, please inform a nearby live staff member.
*First aid stations are located in the merchandise area and inside Halls 9 and 11.


[Regarding drink sales]
Soft drinks will be sold in the outdoor booth area.
*Only bottled drinks are allowed in the live area.


[Regarding what happens after the show]
It will take some time to leave the venue. Please cooperate by following the instructions and guidance of the live event staff.
