*Even if you do not have a concert ticket, you can still purchase merchandise, however, for certain time slots, you will need a numbered ticket for merchandise distributed via the "Vaundy Goods" app.
*If you do not have a numbered ticket, please use the free sales time slots (after 2:00 PM on the 5th / after 1:00 PM on the 6th).
*The start time for sales is an estimated time. It may change depending on the situation on the day.
*Please be sure to check the purchased items, sizes, quantities, and change received at the time of purchase. Returns and exchanges are not accepted after purchase.
*For initial defects in products purchased at the venue, a receipt is required. Please be sure to take it with you.
* VAWS premium and VAWS member-exclusive merchandise will not be sold at the venue.

<Purchase Restrictions>
Limit of 3 items per person per item (or a total of 3 items across all sizes if there are multiple sizes available).

< Vaundy Goods App>
This is a merchandise ordering app that can be used at live concert venues.
Please create your order list in advance and present the QR code to our sales staff. If you register your credit card information, you can complete your order and payment simultaneously by presenting the QR code.
Merchandise tickets will be distributed via the app. There will be no other distribution methods.
To reduce congestion and save time, we would appreciate your cooperation in installing the software.

*The only features available this time are "same-day purchase" and "numbered ticket".
*We cannot guarantee product availability. Quantities are limited, and items may sell out while you are waiting in line.
*Customers paying by credit card should install the app and register their card information within the app.We do not accept payments using physical cards.

<Merchandise numbered ticket>
To alleviate congestion and prevent heatstroke,A "merchandise numbered ticket" is required for purchases made during the early hours.
Please obtain a numbered ticket for merchandise before coming to the venue. Merchandise tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you do not have a numbered ticket for merchandise, please purchase items during the free sales period after the distribution time.

*Telephone number verification is required to obtain a merchandise ticket. Since verification errors may occur, we recommend completing the verification process as early as possible before distribution.
*The merchandise numbered ticket is a ticket that allows you to purchase merchandise during the designated time slot.
*Please arrive at the time indicated on your merchandise ticket. You will be guided in numerical order.
*If the time slot for your numbered ticket has passed, the ticket will become invalid.
*If you have a merchandise numbered ticket, please be sure to use the "order list" to make your purchase.

<Details on the Distribution of Merchandise Numbered Tickets>

Merchandise numbered tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Distribution starts on August 31st (Monday) at 8:00 PM.
*Since the items will be distributed simultaneously on both days, please be very careful not to get the dates wrong.

*Each account can obtain one numbered ticket per day.
*This ticket is valid for the person who made the application only. Accompanying persons without a numbered ticket will not be allowed to enter the merchandise area.
*Transferring or reselling to a third party, including family members or friends, is prohibited.
*While it is possible to obtain a new numbered ticket after canceling an existing one, there is no guarantee that you will be able to secure your desired time slot after cancellation.
*Even if you do not have a concert ticket, you can purchase a numbered ticket for merchandise.
*After obtaining a numbered ticket, please create an order list in advance. If you wish to pay by credit card, please register your card information in the app.
*Please note that the number of items is limited. Even with a numbered ticket, there is no guarantee that you will be able to purchase your desired item.
*Even after the predetermined number of items have been distributed, if cancellations occur, the stock will be returned to the shelves.

On the day of the event, we will call out numbers in groups rather than one by one.
If the customer with the corresponding number is not present when their number is called, we will skip that number and proceed to the next customer. However, even if you are not present when your number is called, you can still use the service within the allotted time slot. (For example, if you applied at 10:00, your reservation is valid until 10:59, before the next session begins.)
The number currently being called will be displayed at the bottom of your queue ticket. You will also receive a push notification via the app when your queue ticket number is announced.

<Venue-exclusive purchase bonus>
Customers who purchase tour merchandise totaling 10,000 yen or more will receive a free shopping bag.
Limit one per person. Available while supplies last.

*Even if your purchase exceeds 20,000 yen, you will only receive one item. We do not allow splitting payments (separate transactions) by the same person.
*Items other than tour merchandise (such as CDs) are not included.

<Payment Methods>
We accept both cash and cashless payments.
If you wish to use a credit card, please register your credit card information in the app beforehand.(Physical card)We do not accept payments via this method.
Depending on the signal strength of your device, cashless payment may not be available. In that case, only cash payments will be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.
