Crowds are expected on the day.
Please follow the instructions of our staff regarding queuing and movement.
We will temporarily close Pre-sale sales approximately 30 minutes before OPEN to allow time for OPEN. Please note that we may close sales earlier depending on the queue situation.
Afterwards, sales will be held in the venue lobby from the time OPEN until after the show ends.

*This item will only be sold to those who have a ticket for the day. Those without a ticket will not be able to purchase it.
*The "Vaundy Goods" app is required for purchase. Please install the app in advance, create an order list, and then come to the sales booth.
*Each ticket holder is limited to one purchase. We will not accept any additions after payment is complete, so please create an order list to avoid forgetting anything.
*Purchases are limited to one item per person. Thank you for your understanding.
*The start time for sales is an estimated time. It may change depending on the situation on the day.
*Please be sure to check the purchased items, sizes, quantities, and change received at the time of purchase. Returns and exchanges are not accepted after purchase.
*A receipt is required for any initial defects in products purchased at the venue. Please be sure to take your receipt with you.

This is a merchandise ordering app that can be used at live concert venues.
Please create your order list in advance and present the QR code to our sales staff. If you register your credit card information, you can complete the order and payment simultaneously by presenting the QR code.

*This time, the app is required to purchase merchandise.
*Only "same-day purchase" is available. No numbered tickets will be distributed.
*Customers paying by credit card should register their card information within the app.

・公演チケットをお持ちの方にグッズ購入の際に必要なURLを前日にお送りいたします。
・購入の際は引換え画面が必要です。引換え画面をご提示いただける方のみグッズ購入が可能です。
・当日は「Vaundy Goods」アプリで作成した注文リストとあわせて引換え画面をスタッフにご提示ください。
・引換えボタンはスタッフが操作いたします。ご自身で押印してしまうと購入ができかねますのでご注意ください。
・万が一メールが受信できない場合は当日イレギュラー窓口にお越しください。
・本詳細は公演日前日に【info@member.vaundy.jp】から送られるメールをご確認ください 。
