VAUNDY

Vaundy has written two new songs for the TV anime "Yomi no Tsugai," which will begin airing on Saturday, April 4th: the opening theme "Tobu Toki" and the ending theme "Tobōyo"!

The opening theme "Tobu Toki" is sung by Vaundy, and the ending theme "Tobyouyo" is sung by yama.

You can hear the song for the first time in the main PV that has been released.

This time, I wrote two new songs that are paired together: the opening song "Tobu Toki" and the ending song "Tobyouyo" sung by yama.
Both works depict the feelings of the two main characters around the big theme of "departure."
This is a more conceptual piece than usual, so please feel free to enjoy it in your own interpretation.
I'm itching to watch the anime soon.

Perhaps he had been searching all this time for a reason not to fly. I was moved by the emotion of thinking of someone precious to him, like a blood relative, and calling out to each other, "Let's fly," a childish yet dignified strength. Once you take flight, it doesn't matter if a ominous reality or the risk of falling awaits. Just aim for the wide open sky. I sang this song with tenderness, as if it were taking off with all its might. This is the second time Vaundy has written a song for me, and once again it has given me new realizations. I hope you enjoy the work.



■TV anime "Yomi no Tsugai"
The series will be broadcast on TOKYO MX, BS11, Gunma TV, Tochigi TV, and other stations starting at 11:30 PM on Saturday, April 4th, with two consecutive seasons.
