●Ticket application conditions　

・You must be a valid VAWS premium member or VAWS member from the time of reception until the day of the performance.
*Even if you have a ticket, if you cancel your VAWS premium membership or VAWS membership by the day of the performance, you will not be able to enter. In this case, there will be no refund for the ticket price. Please note.
*Only those who have purchased tickets through VAWS advance sale (October 18th and 19th Sapporo Cultural Arts Theater hitaru) can attend with accompanying persons, even if they are not members.
・Those who agree to register a face photo in advance and undergo identity verification upon entry


●Regarding identity verification at the time of entry

To prevent resale of tickets for this performance, tickets must be collected via the "Vaundy OFFICIAL APP", and identity verification will be conducted using two documents: an electronic ticket with a photo and a form of identification.


①Registering your face photo
For this performance, you will be required to register a photo of yourself and your accompanying person in advance.
Please check the details below and register.
*If you are selected, please be sure to complete the photo registration.
Pre-registration deadline [1 month before the performance date]

If you register after the final registration date, your photo may not be reviewed by the performance date.
To ensure smooth entry on the day of the performance, we recommend that you register early, rather than waiting until the above date.
*Please note that it may take some time for the photo review to be completed.
*If you do not have a photo registered, you will not be able to enter.Be sure to do so in advance.Please register before attending.

*Student ID cards will not be considered as identification for this performance.

In all of the above cases, copies, photographs, expired documents, and electronic certificates are not considered identity verification documents.

●Ticket reception precautions　*Please be sure to check

・All ticket applications are only available to VAWS premium members or VAWS members.

*The memberships eligible for application vary depending on the reception. Please check which membership is eligible before applying.

・You can apply for up to two tickets per application.

・Each member can apply for up to six choices per application. If you apply multiple times, only the last application will be valid. If there is anything you would like to change, please apply again from the beginning.

・Tickets are required for those aged 6 and over on the day of the performance. Children aged 5 and under are not permitted to enter.

・All admission tickets for this performance will be electronic tickets (for smartphones (iPhone/Android)) with a photo of your face. Please check the application screen for details. For electronic tickets, please prepare a smartphone with an SMS contract that can connect to the internet.

・You can only receive your electronic ticket on the smartphone device with the phone number you entered on Ticket PIA Pia reception page when you applied. (Ticket information is linked to the mobile phone number you entered when you applied.) You will not be able to receive your ticket on a smartphone device with a different phone number, so please do not change your phone number or cancel your smartphone until the day of the performance.

・If there are any errors in your application details, you will not be able to receive your e-ticket. Please check the details carefully.

・Tickets will be displayed at 12:00 one week before each performance, and seats and serial numbers will be displayed at 18:00 three days before each performance.

・You will also need to specify your accompanying person at the time of reception.

*Please note that we cannot accept changes to accompanying persons for any reason.

・No one other than the applicant and accompanying persons registered at the time of entry will be allowed to enter, even if they have a ticket.

・Please note that even if you win using a family member's name or membership number, only the applicant will be allowed to enter.

・No changes or cancellations will be accepted after the application period has ended.

- At a later date, we will accept official trades for those who have purchased tickets but are unable to attend due to unavoidable circumstances.

・Upgrades will not be accepted for this performance.


●Notes on the day of the performance　*Please be sure to check

・Your name and photo will be displayed on the electronic ticket, and all attendees will be required to present their electronic ticket and identification documents designated by the organizer upon entry to verify their identity. If we are unable to verify your identity, you will be denied entry regardless of the reason. No refunds will be given if you are unable to enter the venue.
・Photography and recording using photography equipment, audio recording equipment, mobile phones, smartphones, or portable game consoles is prohibited during the performance. Anyone found doing so will be asked to leave.
・This performance will be a standing-only viewing area in the 1st floor area and the rear standing area on the 2nd floor.
Please check the following precautions.
*There may be strong pressure in front of the stage on the first floor.
*We recommend that you bring minimal luggage with you to the venue.
*Please avoid heels and sandals and wear comfortable shoes such as sneakers.
*Please note that you will be standing for long periods of time, so please take your physical condition into consideration when viewing the exhibit.
*If you feel unwell during the doors opening or the performance, please speak to a live staff member nearby.
*Please refrain from coming to the event if you are intoxicated.
*As you will be in close proximity to other customers, please be mindful of strong scents such as perfume and hair products.
*Please refrain from placing any belongings on the floor within the live area.
*On the day of the performance, there will be cameras taking videos and photographs. Please note that you may appear in photos and videos.
*Please refrain from causing trouble to other facilities and local residents, such as sitting in areas around the venue.
*Please refrain from waiting for the performers to enter or leave as this will cause inconvenience to the neighbors.
*Re-entry is not permitted.
*Please cooperate with the live staff in providing guidance.
*If you are coming in a wheelchair or have a physical disability, please contact the performance's contact point after winning a ticket/paying the payment.

The following items are prohibited from being brought into the live performance area:

*Dangerous items (knives, sharp objects, etc.)
*Large luggage (carry-on bags, etc.)

*Bottles and cans
* Items that may block the view of other customers (fans, cheering goods, headgear, etc.)
* Items that may cause inconvenience to other customers

The following actions are prohibited:

*Dangerous acts such as moshing, diving, and circles
* Nuisance to other customers
*Taking over space
*Photography, recording, and filming within the live area.
*Using any light source that interferes with the performance

If you are injured due to dangerous behavior such as those mentioned above or due to your own negligence, the organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any subsequent injuries. Furthermore, if you do not follow the instructions of the staff, you will be asked to leave the venue.

If you are unable to leave or enter the venue due to the above reasons, we will not be able to refund the ticket price, various fees, transportation costs, accommodation costs, etc.


●Ticket advance sale


*For this performance, you must be a valid VAWS premium member or VAWS member from the time of reception until the day of the performance.


Even if you have a ticket, if you cancel your VAWS premium membership or VAWS membership by the day of the performance, you will not be able to enter. In this case, there will be no refund for the ticket price, so please continue your membership as soon as possible.
