VAUNDY

Customers who have entered advance reservations other than general sales, such as "VAWS MEMBERS advance sale," "PIA exclusive advance sale," or "Pre-reserve," and have been selected for a "reserved seat," and whose payment has been confirmed, will be asked to apply for an upgrade ticket to an "S reserved seat."
Please read the notes carefully before applying.

■ Details of seat types for which upgrades are accepted
Upgrade seat type: S reserved seat
Guaranteed seating in the front of the arena and next to the runway
Upgrade price: 3,300 yen (tax included) per ticket
(Reserved seat: 9,900 yen (tax included) per ticket → S reserved seat: 13,200 yen (tax included) per ticket)
*If you win, you will be charged 3,300 yen (tax included) plus the designated processing fee. A separate system usage fee will be charged.
*For example, if a customer who has already purchased one reserved seat for the performance on Saturday, November 9th is selected for an upgrade,
By paying the difference in price for the changed ticket (3,300 yen (tax included) plus the system usage fee), your seat type will be changed to an S reserved seat (13,200 yen (tax included)).
*Payment must be made by credit card. Please note that your application may be rejected due to a credit card authorization (payment) error.

■ Upgrade acceptance eligible
<Target applicants>
The customer who applied for a "reserved seat" during the advance reservation period from January 21, 2024 (Sun) to October 9, 2024 (Wed) and who purchased the ticket at the time of applying for an upgrade must be the person who purchased the ticket."Vaundy ART Work Studio Members premium" members or "Vaundy ART Work Studio Members" membersis applicable.
*When applying for this reception, you will need to specify a companion. The companion you specify can be a non-fan club member, but customers who purchase tickets through the "VAWS MEMBERS Pre-sale (membership required, including companions)" cannot change their companion.
*Customers who purchased tickets during the general release period are not eligible for upgrades.
*Application must be made by the purchaser themselves.
*Customers who have purchased stage side back seats or standing room are not eligible for upgrades.

[1] Connect to the upgrade reception URL and log in using the "ticket payment slip number (13 digits)" of the ticket purchased at the advance reception or the number to be used when making inquiries (ticket exchange number, 9 digits)" and the "phone number" registered when applying for the ticket.
*Your payment slip number (13 digits) and the number to use when making inquiries (9 digit ticket exchange number) can be confirmed from ["Application Status Inquiry" and "Winning Email" for customers who purchased tickets through VAWS MEMBERS advance ticket purchase service], or from [" Ticket PIA My Ticket" and "Winning Email" for customers who purchased tickets through other advance ticket purchase services].
[2] Please read the notes carefully, agree to them, and then apply according to the procedure.
*This application will be based on a lottery system, so we cannot guarantee that your upgrade will be approved.

※複数枚チケットをご購入いただいているお客様は、ご購入の枚数でのみアップグレードにお申し込みいただけます。
2枚ご購入のお客様が1枚のみアップグレードにお申し込みする、ということはできません。
※複数公演チケットをご購入いただいているお客様、かつ複数公演のチケットをアップグレードご希望の場合は、1公演ごとにお申し込みください。
