Precautions
・Tickets are required for ages 6 and over; children under 5 are not allowed.
・Masks are required
・Application limit: one ticket per performance
・On the day, customers may appear in the footage for filming purposes.
・Re-entry is not permitted after entry.
・Photography and recording using any camera, recording device, mobile phone, smartphone, or portable game console is prohibited during the performance. Anyone found doing so will be asked to leave the venue.
・Only electronic tickets will be accepted.
・You will need to download the smartphone app "Vaundy OFFICAL APP." Electronic tickets will be issued using the "Vaundy OFFICAL APP."
・Transfer/resale and illegal buying and selling are prohibited. Winners must attend the event. Anyone other than the winners will not be allowed entry on the day of the event.

Winners: Important Notices Regarding Admission
On the day of the performance, we will be verifying the identity of all attendees. Please bring and present the following two items. Guests who do not bring these items will not be allowed to enter.

・Electronic ticket on the day of the performance
・[Photo ID] specified for the performance

Please note that anything other than the following will not be accepted.
*Only the original is valid (copies and expired documents are not accepted).

Please prepare one of the items listed in 1 to 7. If you do not have one, please obtain it as soon as possible. Anything other than the items listed below will not be considered valid identification.

1. My Number card with photo (notification card is not accepted)
2. Passport
3. Driver's license (driving history certificate)
4. Basic Resident Registration Card with photo
5. Special permanent resident certificate or residence card
6. Disability certificate
7. Credit card with photo

*The purpose of requiring you to present identification documents is to facilitate identity verification and prevent fraud.

The following people are not allowed to enter:
・Those who do not follow the instructions of staff and attendants
・Those who are unable to wear a mask inside the venue ・Those with symptoms such as cough, difficulty breathing, general fatigue, sore throat, runny nose/nasal congestion, loss of taste/smell, eye pain or conjunctival congestion, headache, joint/muscle pain, diarrhea, nausea/vomiting

[Please strictly observe the following:]
- Please wear a mask and follow proper coughing etiquette both inside and outside the venue.
・Please cooperate by washing and disinfecting your hands frequently.
・Please refrain from bringing alcoholic beverages into the venue.
・Please refrain from coming to the event after consuming alcoholic beverages.
・After the performance, we will be regulating the exit, so please remain there and wait.
・After the performance, if you leave the venue, please disperse without gathering.
・Please refrain from any behavior that may cause inconvenience to neighbors, such as waiting for performers to come out or arrive.

‣We will follow the requests of each prefecture regarding COVID-19 prevention measures.
・If instructed by the government, prefectural government, or venue, the COVID-19 prevention measures may be changed without notice.
