We will be accepting lottery entries for "merchandise numbered tickets" that can be obtained via LINE for artists performing on the STAR STAGE and VIVA! STAGE from 6:00 PM on Monday, April 24th to 9:00 PM on Saturday, April 29th. If you are thinking of purchasing merchandise from artists performing on the STAR STAGE and VIVA! STAGE, please read the details below and be sure to apply.

■ Lottery application period: April 24th (Monday) 18:00 - April 29th (Saturday) 21:00
■Results announcement: May 1st (Mon) 15:00
■Even if you do not have a ticket for VIVA LA ROCK 2023, you can purchase one.

・From 3:00 PM on Monday, May 1st, the lottery results and the meeting time will be displayed to winners.
*The results will not be notified via LINE message. Please tap the banner to check the results yourself.

・The serial number being called will be displayed on the ticket, so please be sure to check your serial number and calling status before coming to the merchandise area.
-Please note that after sales begin, call times may vary depending on the situation.
・When you are able to enter, you will receive a notification on LINE and a QR code will be displayed, so please present it to a staff member. Even if you arrive earlier, you will not be able to enter before the QR code is displayed, so please make sure to arrive after the meeting time.
- Transferring or reselling numbered tickets is strictly prohibited (if fraud is confirmed, you will be denied entry).

・Numbered merchandise tickets are for artists performing on the STAR STAGE and VIVA! STAGE.
・One application per person per artist.
・You cannot apply to one artist multiple times.
・Please note that you cannot choose the time slot. Please be sure to come during the time slot you have selected.
・These numbered tickets are issued to reduce congestion. They do not guarantee that you will be able to purchase the product you want. Please note that the product you want may be sold out.
・Numbered tickets will not be issued for artists performing on the CAVE STAGE and GARDEN STAGE. Please come directly to the booth.
*At around 12:00 each day, the venue will be opened to the public so that even customers without numbered tickets can purchase tickets.
However, please note that the general opening time may change depending on the situation on the day, and numbered tickets may be distributed on the day.

A: No. You can only apply for one ticket per artist.
Q: Can I cancel the numbered ticket I have applied for?
A: Once you have applied for a numbered ticket, it cannot be canceled.
Q: Can I give my numbered ticket to someone else?
A: This time, the merchandise tickets will not be distributed. Even if you are unable to attend, the tickets cannot be cancelled or transferred.
Q: What should I do if I win merchandise tickets for different artists at the same time?
A: The numbered ticket is only valid if you arrive at the designated time. If you have numbered tickets for different artists for the same time slot, you will need to prioritize your queue.
Q: Is there a second round of ticket reception?
A: There are no plans to implement this.
Q: Can I apply for a numbered ticket even if I don't have a performance ticket?
A: Customers who do not have tickets for VIVA LA ROCK 2023 can also apply.
Q: My smartphone is broken or the battery is dead and I can't display my numbered ticket.
A: If you cannot display your numbered ticket on your smartphone, you will not be able to enter the merchandise line. Please come during general opening hours. Please make sure your smartphone is set up to use the app.
