・The number you are calling will be displayed on the face of your ticket, so please be sure to check your reference number and call status before coming to the merchandise sales area.

・When you are able to enter, you will receive a notification on LINE and a QR code will be displayed, so please present it to the staff. Even if you arrive earlier, you will not be able to enter before the QR code is displayed, so please be sure to come after the meeting time.

・Artists performing on CAVE STAGE AND GARDEN STAGE will not be issued with sales tickets. Please come directly to our booth.

*Around 12 o'clock each day, it will be open to the public so that customers who do not have numbered tickets can purchase it.

Q: Can I apply to the same artist multiple times?
A: No, you cannot. Each artist will be required to apply for one ticket.

Q: Can I cancel my numbered ticket?
A: It is not possible to cancel a numbered ticket that has been applied for once.

Q: Can I give my numbered ticket to someone else?
A: This sales ticket does not have a distributed function. Even if you are unable to attend, your numbered ticket cannot be canceled or transferred.

Q: What should I do if I win tickets from different artists at the same time?
A: The numbered ticket will only be valid if you arrive at the relevant time. If you have different numbered tickets for artists at the same time, you will need to prioritize and line up by yourself.

Q: Is there a second reception for numbered tickets?
A: There are no plans to implement it.

Q: Is it possible to apply for a numbered ticket even if I don't have a ticket for the performance?
A: Customers who do not have tickets for VIVA LA ROCK 2023 can still apply.

Q: I can't display a numbered ticket because my smartphone is out of order or the battery is dead.
A: If you cannot display the numbered ticket on your smartphone, you will not be able to enter the sales line. Please come during the public opening hours. Please come with your smartphone ready to use the app.
