Regarding the performance, we have been making arrangements to hold a rescheduled performance, but have determined that it will be difficult to hold the performance, and all tickets will be refunded.

Please return it to the address below by registered mail (specially recorded mail) by Monday, October 31st.
After the refund period has ended, we will send the refund to the address written on the note you sent when returning the item by "registered cash mail."

・Customers who purchased tickets through Lawson Ticket
Refunds will be made for each purchase. (If you purchase two tickets for one purchase, we cannot refund just one ticket.)
During the refund period, please complete the refund procedure on your "My Page" on the L-Ticket application site and use CASHPOST (Note 1) to receive your refund.
Refunds cannot be made outside the period. Once the deadline has passed, no refund procedures will be possible.
